CONSIDERATIONS
Minors must have a parent or guardian present.
Support: friends and family are welcome guests to provide emotional, physical or social support.
Safety and comfort: removal of clothing is always optional. My clinic is a safe and inclusive space. If there is anything I can do to make your visit more effective or comfortable please let me know.
PAYMENT
I accept contactless cards, devices with Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as chip cards or cash card. Payment may be made in person when you attend for your appointment.
As a qualified remedial massage therapist (Evolve College) I have a health fund provider number and am recognised by most health funds for rebates where clients have cover for remedial massage.
CANCELLATIONS AND RE-SCHEDULING
Ill health: if you have a cold, the flu or similar please re-schedule and stay home to recover. Strong massage can cause post-massage soreness and malaise (PMSM) so if you already have an infection (cold, flu etc) a massage will only make you feel worse and overtax your already hardworking immune system.
Cancellations: to cancel an appointment go to the online bookings page or use the link in your confirmation email. You can also send me a text message or call me. Please provide as much notice as possible so that I have the opportunity to fill your cancelled appointment.
